A scholarship for the first academic year for a bachelor's degree, not exceeding 12,102 NIS (as of 2014) for the entire academic year. About:
HIAS is an American Jewish organization that assists students who have immigrated to Israel from the Diaspora.

Eligibility:
Among Ethiopian immigrants, students who arrived from 1992 onward are eligible. For other immigrants, eligibility begins from 1993. Scholarship eligibility requires proof of academic excellence and financial need.

Scholarship in collaboration with high-tech companies and law firms

Eligibility Criteria:
Eligible students can apply based on study fields that meet scholarship conditions. Scholarships are for students in fields that can advance the Ethiopian community. Scholarship Fund for Ethiopian-Origin Students

The Jewish Agency, in cooperation with the National Ethiopian Immigrants Project, awards scholarships for post-secondary studies to students of Ethiopian origin or Israeli-born students of Ethiopian descent. Scholarships are distributed by a committee following established criteria and procedures.

Eligibility Criteria:

Students enrolled in at least 78 academic hours toward a Bachelor's degree in any field, who do not receive support from the Student Administration.

The committee considers the student’s family and financial situation, study load, social/community involvement, and previous volunteer activities.

Shatil Organization – Everett Social Justice Fellowship Program

The Everett Social Justice Fellowship offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social activism and deepen their understanding of social justice in Israel.

Eligibility Requirements:
Students are integrated into key projects within social organizations, gaining professional skills and knowledge in areas of social change (72 hours total). Registration must take place within the first two weeks of the academic year.
The selection process is conducted by the participating organizations under Shatil’s supervision.

Volks Scholarships in Israel

Program Description:
The program aims to advance medical research by providing financial support to life sciences students who are also studying medicine and to medical students who are also studying life sciences.

Eligibility:

MD students who already hold a degree in medical sciences and are also enrolled in a PhD program in life sciences with approval.

Mifal HaPais Scholarship

Offered by Mifal HaPais in partnership with the Fund for Discharged Soldiers. Around 7,000 scholarships are awarded, each worth 10,000 NIS. The scholarships are intended for discharged combat soldiers pursuing a bachelor's degree. They are granted from the first academic year for up to 6 years until degree completion.

Note:
Students who receive or have received a full scholarship from another source or more than 50% tuition coverage from any other fund are not eligible.

Eligibility Requirements:

Discharged soldiers who served in combat units and face economic or social challenges preventing them from pursuing higher education.

Full and proper completion of IDF or Border Police service (at least 36 months for men, 24 for women).

Served as combat soldiers or combat support during service.

Proof of acceptance to a recognized academic institution in Israel for a bachelor's degree.

Application must be submitted within 5 years from the end of military service.

Atidim Scholarships – Industry Track

This program was founded in collaboration with Israeli businesses, academic institutions, and the IDF. Its purpose is to support young men and women from development towns and peripheral areas, post-full military service, in pursuing high-quality academic studies.

Support Includes:
Tuition coverage, monthly living stipends, dorm rent, a personal laptop with software, and both social and academic mentoring.

Eligibility Requirements:
Students receiving financial aid must volunteer in community service projects for 4 hours weekly throughout the academic year. Student community involvement is highly valued. The college has partnered with the Jerusalem Municipality and various foundations to develop community initiatives.

Rosenberger Scholarship by ALEH Association

Eligibility Requirements:
Blind or visually impaired students holding a blind certificate, studying in the Faculty of Natural Sciences, at least in the second academic year of a bachelor’s degree, with a minimum grade average of 85, and under the age of 42.

Project 1000 Scholarships – Ministry of Science, Culture, and Sport

Eligibility Requirements:
Students who provide academic tutoring for high school students (grades 10–12) in underprivileged or peripheral areas.

Snunit Fund

Eligibility Requirements:
For film and television students seeking financial support specifically for their final project film production. Applications must be submitted through the academic institution. Each student may apply for funding for only one film. Each institution may submit up to 85 applications.

Application Process:
Applications must be submitted using "Snunit Fund Form 8225." The application must include a project description (script, extended synopsis or treatment) stating only the film title, without the applicant’s name or institution. All materials, except for the application form (submitted in one copy), must be submitted in three full copies.

Eligibility Requirements:

Student Aid Fund by the Council for Higher Education

Eligibility Requirements:
Open to full-time students pursuing a bachelor's, second degree, or doctoral degree in medicine. Preference is given to residents of development towns, neighborhoods under rehabilitation, national priority areas, students with siblings under age 18, welfare service recipients, and those with medical disabilities.

Application Process:
Applicants must fill out a request form available for purchase at university campus bookstores. All required documents must be sent by registered mail only.
